1. Soak berries in water. Squeeze. Then soak them in honey and then sauté.
2. Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lime, salt, turmeric.
3. Fry cashews in ghee till they are golden brown.
4. In hot ghee, sauté whole spices including: Pepper corn, cinnamon, cardamon, bay leaf, mace.
5. Add sliced onions to the mixture till they are light golden brown. Then add chicken and sauté and finally add ginger garlic paste.
6. Then add water, and the rice.
7. Cook on dum. Before sealing add saffron infused milk and berries.
8. 10 minutes on dum and your berry pulao is ready.

Whats is the name of the berries used in this recipe? Are they cranberry, berberries etc??
@Damini Hansrani, they are berries found in Iran, small round ones. Usually not found in india.
@Chef. You have not mentioned any volumes for the serving or the ingredients.. how do we make out how much of proportion will be enough for how many..?!!!
